What does iPhone do?
Ain't it suppose to be a communication device that bring people together/closer? A scene I encountered made me think otherwise...
I came across this couple when I was on my way back home just now. They each own an iPhone, playing their own. Throughout their whole 30 minutes bus journey + a 10 minutes of bus waiting time, they were playing their own iPhone. Little conversation was observed.
It makes me kind of feel that iPhone creates that invisible gap. "So close yet so far".
Helena Sis and I were chatting about it just a while ago, before I encountered the scene, on how useful it can be, how the selfishness of it that has been overlooked due to the number of iPhone users nowadays and that common topic among some still-new-and-go-gaga iPhone users over a meal (for my case, I encountered it over a wedding dinner I attended recently) - "What apps do you have?" Even aunties and uncles want to go into this "trend".
This commonness makes me think over and over again whether or not should I get 1 in June. I'm always deciding between Blackberry Bold and iPhone...
Anyway I met up with Helena Sis for dinner after work. We haven met for half a year? It's always great to catch up with her! It's very sweet of her to remember my birthday and gave me a belated birthday treat! Thanks girl! :)
After we apart, I was all alone walking to the bus stop, listening to my iPod, observing the surrounding. How I wish I have the time in the world to sit around, walk around with a DSLR people watching and snapping candid and beautiful photos...

Madeline, the curious one, who is always observing the surrounding and often goes into deep thought when she is alone. She loves typing her thought down in her phone or iPod, not wanting to lose it.
Could I be a writer if my language were better? *pondering again*
Time to bed... Oyasuminasai...
