DHL / Apple iMac

My iMac was supposed to arrive today according to my order status with Apple. Mummy who was @ home to receive my delivery, called DHL and the courier guy told her that the delivery will be before 1pm. At 1.15pm, mummy called again and the courier guy said that he is reaching! At 2pm, my item is nowhere to be seen!

I'm not trying to be unresponsible. It's acceptable if the courier guy were to tell mummy that he is having lunch and would be late for delivery. How can he say that he is reaching and made my mummy wait for another 45 minutes!

Also, what is a tracking system for? For customers to track every changes of the delivery right? If that's so, how can DHL happily amend the timing from morning delivery to afternoon delivery?

Below is the printscreen I have made,

I refreshed the page many times and only saw the change at about 2.35pm. They changed the timing (circled in red) from 09:35 to 14:33. I called to question DHL and the operator stumbled upon my question. Maybe she was quite shocked that I keep close to my delivery.
I should have made a printscreen before I refreshed! Then I will have black and white proof.

This is definitely one bad experience with DHL.

Hope it will better the next time if there is...
