I headed down to Vivo to meet the usual after my driving lesson.
A bit on my driving lesson... I have missed my driving for more than 1 month due to my busy schedule. Finally just 1 month before my "supposed" testdate, I have my driving lesson again. Hai. Instructor asked if I want to pass on my first test or not. Of course and definitely I want to pass on the first test! Thus, he suggested that I put my testdate backwards to December. So upset about it. I've been so looking forward to it and now it has to postpone. :(
Anyway I drove from Ubi to Marine Parade and to Potong Pasir this time. Due to the timing (6.30 to 8), there was a slow traffic.
I met the rest at Vivo Bosses restaurant for our dinner. The food is super bad ok? The service isn't great too. Some of the waitresses spoke Cantonese to us. Isn't international language should be spoken? They served the food at a very fast rate, not realising what is the progress over at our table. Some of the waitresses don't know what they are serving, some even worst! They introduced the dishes wrongly! Ohh goodness! Is it that the restaurant didn't teach them? Or is it that the waitresses didn't want to learn? Whatever. It's bad. As for the interior design of the restaurant, it looks very classy and grand on the outside, but on the inside (where people can't peek in from the entrance), the round tables are placed quite closely together. Imagine when you move your chair backwards, you may just hit onto another chair. Yes that's how close the round tables are!
(I was the photographer, thus it explains why little appearance of me)
After dinner, all of us put on a show. It was meant for a surprise for Danny. We told him that we couldn't go out with him as we were tired. In fact, I was really really exhausted! So we went home on separate ways and Ken came to pick all of us up and headed down to Danny's house.
My plan went on smoothly and successfully. :D
From Danny's house, we headed down to Ken's house to drink a little. I didn't drink at all as my tiredness could just make me get drunk easily and also I have project meeting the next morning.
We saw this when we were in Ken's car to his house!

Luckily it was outside the car, not inside!!! Scary!
It's a stubborn yet strong lizard! See after Ken opened the door, trying to scare it off. It was still holding on!
Home sweet home @ 4am! How great?! I have to wake up for project meeting @ 8.30am!
