I took express bus down to Suntec to meet dear. It's been 3 days since we last met. We had light brunch - snacks from the food fair, since we planned to eat Japanese Buffet - Kuishin Bo for dinner!
Shopping a little

I've a new nickname - Miss Precious Moment! Hahaa. It's given by dear's colleagues who have seen me in person and think that my eyes look like those of precious moment. One of his colleagues even emailed him to say that my eyes look watery and big! Haha. ;p
Before dinner, we watched Red Cliff. Dear was quite surprised that I would like to watch that film! Hee. Indeed it's surprising. This is my first warrior film. :)
---------------

With a budget of US$80million, "Red Cliff" is the most expensive Asian-financed film to date. The movie is based on historical records of "The Chronicles of the Three Kingdom" rather than the novel, "Romance of the Three Kingdom". In the early third century, the land of Wu is invaded by the warlord Cao Cao and his soldiers. The ruler of Wu, Sun Quan (Chang Chen), calls on the rival warlord Liu Bei (You Yong) for help, but their two armies are still badly outnumbered. However, the strategists Zhou Yu (Tony Leung) and Zhuge Liang (Takeshi Kaneshiro) see that Cao Cao's army is unused to battling on the sea. With 200,000 men, Zhou Yu and Zhuge Liang defeat Cao Cao's army at the Yangtze River.

So what do I think of this film?
I think it's a great film! It shows the many great warriors cum fighters, such as Zhou Yu, Zhu-Ge Liang, Liu Bei, Zhang Fei, Guan Yu, Zhao Yun and Kan Xing, working as a team to fight Cao Cao. It portrays brotherhood, friendship, team spirit and loyalty.
Lin Chiling is gorgeous! She is like a fairy from the heaven. :)
Tony Leung is charming too! Hee. I like his character in this film.
Dinner at Kuishin Bo! We didn't manage to make reservation yesterday since it is already fully booked, so we queued right after our movie. It took us 30-40mins to Q to have a decent dinner!
