School again today.

We watched Judou (菊豆), starring Gong Li. This is a tragedy.

It's about a woman, Judou, who is married to an old cloth dyer, got together with his husband's adopted nephew, after being badly tortured. This entire film shows how they try and find opportunity to get together sexually and how their very own son kills him (her lover, the child's father).
In the end, Judou committed suicide.

I personally think that it is a karma. Judou betrayed his husband and in the end, her child betrayed her. :(
