The celebration continues~
Reservation was made a week ago. We had dinner at Le Bistrot, a french restaurant. The food is not bad, quite unique in a way. The service is good.

Picture Perfect~

The usual 5
Hmm... Ken, when will you bring the 6th? ;p
Finally our food~

After our main, we signaled the waiter and soon after a birthday cake was brought out. Dear expected a cake, thus it wasn't that surprised to him. Tsk! Partly failed. But I can see that he was quite surprised to see the "Alvin and the Chipmunks" picture on the cake! It's a made-to-order cake.

Dearie looks as though he is going to cry. *Hush hush*

ALVIN cake~!

Happy Birthday My Boy!!!
Why "Alvin and the Chipmunks"? The reason is simply because that how his name comes about. :) Dear loved to watch the cartoon when he was younger and that's why his sister gave him this name. I still remember when we first see the "Alvin and the Chipmunks" movie poster at The Cathay, he was overjoyed and excited!
Actually I was quite sad that my surprise for him was not very successful. Hai. :(

Everyone was very full after a heavy dinner (entree + main + cake for dessert), we took a scroll at the bridge. We started to camwhore! Haha.

At Kallang Leisure Park,

Entertainment after dinner was movie "The Forbidden Kingdom" at Leisure Park. While waiting for movie to start, we went to Arcade again. Haha. I guess Arcade is a place to "rot" while waiting, esp when there is no elsewhere you can go. :)

An American teenager obsessed with martial arts makes an exciting discovery in a pawnshop in Chinatown. It appears to be the legendary stick weapon of the Monkey King, the infamous Chinese sage and warrior. He is transported back into time to Ancient China where he meets a band of martial arts warriors and joins them on their journey to save an imprisoned Monkey King (Jet Li).

Hilarious, esp the way those familar chinese phrases are being translated to english. It sounds a bit weird, though the meaning may be there.
Home sweet home at 2+~
