It's a double date. We went to the zoo with Danny and Lixian. We met early in the morning as I was hoping to eat our breakfast at McDonald at the zoo. Little did I know that I will be disappointed, there is NO McDonald at the ZOO!!! I thought I remember clearly that there used to be one. Tsk! Nevermind. Anyway we took the free zoo ride from AMK station. It's $21.50 per person, which includes the admission fee and the tram ride. It's only a 20 mins journey. I was so looking forward to having breakfast at the zoo. High excitement leads to great disappointment too. We had KFC instead. In the zoo, we saw a lot of animals of course! It's fun playing a fool around like a kid. :) [photos slide will be uploaded soon] The weather wasn't great. It rained on and off, so meaning we have to run in and out the shelter. :( *No offence to anyone* We also visited late Ah Meng at her grave. Her grave is beautifully decorated with colourful flowers. There is a status of her in front of the grave. She looks so benevolent. Even though she left, memories of her will still be in our heart. :) Everyone is so tired after a 4 hours or so in the zoo. We soon left. I must say that I'm so so so tired that I fell asleep soundly in the bus. We then had dinner and headed home to rest. This is what I called quality get-together time. :)
