Year 2008. A Leap Year. Intercalary Year. A year containing one or more extra days in order to keep the calendar year synchronised with the astronomical or seasonal year.
Today - 29 Feb 2008 is that special day. It is a day that takes place every 4 years.
Fact:
Because seasons and astronomical events do not repeat at an exact number of full days, a calendar which had the same number of days in each year would, over time, drift with respect to the event it was supposed to track. By occasionally inserting (or intercalating) an additional day or month into the year, the drift can be corrected. A year which is not a leap year is called a common year.
A person born on February 29 may be called a "leapling". In common years they usually celebrate their birthdays on 28 February or 1 March.
For legal purposes, their legal birthdays depend on how different laws count time intervals. In Taiwan, for example, the legal birthday of a leapling is 28 February in common years, so a Taiwanese leapling born on February 29, 1980 would have legally reached 18 years old on February 28, 1998.
Dear & I planned to go for NATAs fair. Knowing that it will be very crowded over at Expo, we had dinner - Pizzahut at Tampines Mall.

At Expo, there was a long Q to get into NATAs fair. It makes us change our mind. In the end, we went to Watsons fair and Popular fair and bought facial masks, books & titbits.
Anyway we met an incident at the Q. Even before I realised that we were in the long Q to NATAs fair, a rude bitch "hello" at us! She gave me a shock. F***! Can't she just tell us nicely that the Q starts from behind? We didn't even know that. It was crowded, so can't she pardon us? TSK~!
