It's a lazy Sunday!
Dear and I woke up as late as 1pm. The initial plan for today is to go cycling or roller blading at East Coast Park. However, due to late confirmation from friends, we give it a miss.
Thinking where to go, I suggested to visit the Zoo! One is because I haven been to the Zoo with dear before. Two is I want to visit Little Ah Meng, granddaughter of Ah Meng. It was already 2+ when I came with the suggestion. Zoo closes at 6pm daily, so it means that it's too late to go. Hai.
In the end, we went for movie - L: Change the World at Bishan. I must say that GV online booking system is lousy. We have to do the booking procedure for 5 TIMES before we finally booked our tickets SUCCESSFULLY! Boo~!
Anyway, I personally like the movie. I actually teared at the last part where L is about to die. I find that it is such a pity to lose such a gifted and brave man. I rate it 4 nachos of out 5. Unlike dear, I don't feel disappointed at all. The reason is simple. It is because he read the comic before he watched this movie. Actually somehow or rather, I suggest that people who have read the storybooks or comic, to not watch the movie. Why? It is because most of them will feel disappointed after the movie. Examples of such are Harry Potter and Deathnote (that's what I can think of for now). Another thing is that do stay till the movie ends, because for some movies, the ending will show only after the credit is out.
---------------

After solving the Kira case, another serious one finds L and he has only 23 days left to solve it. A boy and a girl hold the key to solving the case and L faces a crisis of global magnitude to protect the kids. He is without his most trusted partner, Watari, and cannot rely on his superb intellect alone to solve the case. What will happen to L? What will change? The 23 days are packed with turns of events even L himself cannot predict.
L: No matter how gifted you are, you alone can't change the world.---------------
Dear bought me this doraemon solar swing. I will be putting it in my office desk! :) Thanks dear!

I also bought a hairclip with a flower attached to it. I think it is lovely!
