Sorry to take so long to update my blog. I have been very tired recently. Working all days long...

My first day of work...
As I only reached at 5am that morning, I only had 4, 5 hours of sleep before heading to work. Luckily I have the habit of setting a few alarms, I almost overslept! Oh my god! I can't be late for work, esp on my first day! I quick prepared myself and took a cab down.

I reached on the dot. :) The shop was quite crowded. Everyone is busy, so there wasn't any briefing for me. I was quite lost in a way. Not knowing where the stocks are, I had to ask around each time a customer asks me. I was quite disturbed. But no choice, it was my first day. Asking is the way to learning. The time passed quite fast as we were all busy. However, my legs almost couldn't take it! It hurted, not due to long hours of standing, but due to wearing heels for long hours! I have to admit that I seldom wear heels, so I guess this is the time for me to learn and get used to it. In the near future, I will also need to wear them for work. Walking in heels "forces" a girl to walk in a more lady-like way, so in a way, more elegant. :)

Our boutique was supposed to close at 9.30pm. As it is sales period and there were a lot of customers, we extended till 10.30 or so. And by the time, the cashiers do closing and the rest of them do packing and arranging, we only left the place at 11.45pm. It was a long first day for me... I expected it.
