Thanks to the speedy cab, who sent us back home in just 10mins! And I'm in the mood to blog down what I have done just now.
I came over to dear's house for my revision, with the plan, in mind, for the movie "Enchanted". As we looked through the showtimes online, we planned to have our dinner at Suki Sushi, followed by the movie at Cineleisure. However, our plan became quite messed up when dear told me that we need to stay home for dinner. Ok then we shall not waste his dad's effort. Then shortly, it came another "destroyer". We have to wait for the curry to be cooked. Oh my god! But we need to rush down to collect my pay cheque at Paragon. A cheque that the company has owed me since August! We decided not to wait for the curry and went out after the dinner.

I was looking forward to collecting the cheque with the correct amount! Little did I know, it upsets me again! Why must unpleasant issues happen in a row? Within 2 to 3 hours! The amount given to me wasn't right and I was asked to contact the HR myself. Hai. The supervisor doesn't seem to be doing her job! I told her that they still owed me the commission for the month of July and yet she seemed to have forgotten about it! What the hell is she doing in this company?! This is not the first time I have seen her being so irresponsible! Ok fine I shall contact the HR and go down personally. As described in the phrase "it's better to depend on no one, but yourself." In chinese, 靠人不如靠几.
Because of that, I wasn't in the mood for the phototaking with the beautiful X'mas decoration. We then headed toward Cineleisure, as I complained to dear regarding the cheque. Sorry for the complaint dear, I was just upset. There was a long Q for the ATM. It was then I realised that the timeslot that we wanted, is SOLD OUT! Tsk! So we decided to try other places such as PS and the Cathay. In the end, all the earlier timeslots were either selling out fast or sold out. So we left with no choice but to watch the one at 11.55pm. My worry at the moment, before getting the tickets, was I still need to revise for my upcoming papers! By the time, we reached home, it will be late for my revision! Ohh... But still we go with the "flow" since we are already out there. We got the tickets, browsed through CDs at the CD store and sat down at Starbuck.
Initially, there wasn't any seat. But thankfully, one of the waiters, by the name Jason, was kindly enough to find us a table. How kind of him. He really delighted me. We sat down and got ourselves the X'mas special - Peppermint Mocha for dear and Mocha Praline for me. I wanted to blog there, unfortunately, PSP doesn't allow me to do so. No idea why. Hence dear played his game, while I photowhored and observed people.

After 1 hour or so of waiting, we went for our movie. I must emphasize that the movie "Enchanted" is great! 4 stars out of 5, the 5th is for the space for improvement. :)
--------------------------------------

Featuring an all-star cast, the film follows the beautiful princess Giselle (Amy Adams) as she is banished by an evil queen (Susan Sarandon) from her magical, musical animated land and finds herself in the gritty reality of the streets of modern-day Manhattan. Shocked by this strange new environment that doesn't operate on a 'happily ever after' basis, Giselle is now adrift in a chaotic world badly in need of enchantment. But when Giselle begins to fall in love with a charmingly flawed divorce lawyer (Patrick Dempsey) who has come to her aid - even though she is already promised to a perfect fairy tale prince (James Marsden) back home - she has to wonder: can a storybook view of romance survive in the real world?
--------------------------------------
It brings me the fairytale world! Though it may be a bit ridiculous there and here, I really enjoyed it and the laughter is brought to me. At times it's good to daydream a bit, enter the world of fairytale and fantasy, not understanding those negative words such as angry etc, being positive on almost everything, and forget about the worries or burden. The feeling is really great! It reminds me of the time I spent at HongKong Disneyland with dear. ;D

Next movie that I would like to watch will be Doraemon the Movie, but this is time it shall be after my papers! ;D
Ok that's all for today. I shall wash up and resume my revision, at least do a bit more of it. ;)
Good night~
