backtrack...
I'm here to backtrack a bit. My exams and major project are finally over! YEAH! The feeling is good though I was quite upset on my last day of exams.
The day after my exams, 5 May 07, have a date with dear dear to hold his belated birthday celebration. I was supposed to meet him at Sentosa at around 9.50am that morning and I was late for some reasons *Secret*! Hee. I was preparing a surprise for him. To carry out this plan, I need to wait for him to leave his house. So I waited and waited until he messaged me that he has left for Sentosa and for his sister to double confirmed that he has left home! Haha. It was quite an exciting mission. Initially I was so afraid that my plan will be ruined! I set off in a cab shortly after he messaged me. When I reached his house, his door was opened and his parents were so cute to inform me that he has left to meet me. His mummy was like trying to close the door and stop me! Haha. Quickly, I went to his room to do whatever I want then I headed to Sentosa. In the end, I was late for like 20mins. Luckily he didn't suspect anything. We had our brunch at Vivo Burger King. Afterwhich, we took the new monorail to the Sentosa and alighted at the Beach Station. First, we went to the Southernmost Point of Asia and took some pictures there. Then we took the luge again. This time just the 2 of us... I was quite nervous at the start, guess it was too sudden or something. After a while, I was fine again. We then walked around and explored. We came across a few cute little status kind of things and took pictures with them. Dear dear guesses it's some Alice in the Wonderland related stuffs. We then went to the Merlion tower, wanting to view the whole Sentosa I supposed. Upon entering, the staffs there gave us our "lucky coin". We went to the head and mouth gallery, thought that we will alone! Then unexpectedly, there were a group of Indians tourists with us! What the... Nevermind. We soon left and headed to Underwater world. We walked there instead of taking bus as there was a long long queue. It was rather a long walk before we reached. It was quite sad that the timing wasn't right. We couldn't make it in time for the Dolphin Lagoon and that we need to meet his sister for dinner. Thus in the end, we brushed aside this plan and took the monorail back to Vivo. We grabbed a bite at Vivo LJS and headed back to his house. Dear dear was shocked when he opened his room door as he saw the "Happy Birthday" banner that I had put up for him. However, sad to say, he didn't notice the present and card that I had placed on his pillow! Hmph! So I asked if he notices other things. It was then he looked around and saw it. He opened up the present to learn that it's Solvit ET Titus watch. He was so surprised that I got him such an expensive watch and on the other, he "nagged" and asked why. The reason is simple... because it's for you and that I pamper you. After that, we went to Compasspoint for dinner. Initial plan was to have it at Sakae Sushi but their service was damn slow, results in long queue. That's why Dear dear suggested to go to Sakura to eat. Before returning to his house, we went to Citychain to adjust the length of his watch and now it really looked good on him. Of course, because it's my choice! ;P I'm glad that he likes it...
